Update to Neighborhood Enhancement Program Guide 2018-19

We’ve added clarifying language regarding potential projects that may involve invasive plant removal and new plantings.

**UPDATED**

Invasive Plant Removal and New Plantings, such as removing ivy from trees in the public right‐of‐way, park land, or common HOA dedicated open space, planting native plants, or planting new street trees (see staff for additional materials if proposing street trees) may be eligible. The City has a natural resource specialist who can advise as to whether the project is eligible for the habitat enhancement program, a separate program for work associated with designated natural resource areas, or if a NEP grant might be more appropriate. Please contact Planning for more information.
