Wildfire Safe Landscapes - Workshop

Kick-off Wildfire Preparedness Month by learning tips for creating defensible space to help prevent fires from starting near or spreading to your home and see examples of what the City has been doing to manage park natural areas for wildfire risk reduction. This workshop is led by Lake Oswego Fire Marshal Matt Amos and includes a seated presentation at the picnic shelter followed by a walk through the natural area. Dress for the weather and wear closed-toed shoes. Capacity is limited to 30 participants. Register now!
