Suspect: White male adult, 30's, with a dark mustache and goatee with dark sideburns, wearing a brown felt flat cap, grey quarter-zip long sleeve, black Nike sweatpants, and maroon shoes.
Vehicle: Silver 4-door sedan (possibly a Honda Accord) with a dark (maybe black) front bumper.
