Location: George Rogers Park, 611 S. State St, Lake Oswego, OR 97034 (suspects were caught on video at Walmart, 7600 SW Dartmouth St, in Tigard, OR)
Date/Time: 04/30/2023 - 12:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. 

Suspect Descriptions:
Male: Hispanic male adult, in his 20's or 30's, with black hair, with a medium build. Last seen wearing a dark blue or black Adidas bucket hat, a blue surgical mask, a white over gray Nike hooded lightweight jacket, cream-colored shorts, and black and white Nike Monarchs sneakers.
Female: Hispanic female adult, in her 20's or 30's, heavyset, and with long black hair. Last seen wearing a white surgical mask, black zip-up long-sleeved Adidas crop top with white stripes down the sleeves, and black tracksuit pants.
