White female, approximately 60 years old, light-colored hair, approximately 5'8" tall and 175 lbs, wearing dark-framed glasses.

Clothing Descriptions:

Suspect #1: Dark blue thigh-length jacket with a white collar, blue and white patterned blouse, dark-colored leggings, dark blue sneakers. She was carrying a black metal water bottle and a multi-colored reusable shopping bag.
