Lake Oswego Man Arrested Following Sex Crime Investigation

LAKE OSWEGO – On Wednesday, March 25, 2026, at about 10:35 pm, 51-year-old Lake Oswego resident Jason A. Bowen was arrested for an outstanding warrant out of Clackamas County for three counts of Sodomy 1 (ORS 163.405). He was lodged at the Clackamas County Jail without incident.

The arrest follows an extensive investigation by Lake Oswego Police detectives that began in March 2025 and culminated in a Clackamas County Grand Jury indictment. As this is an ongoing investigation, we will not be releasing further information about the case until it is completed.
