Lake Oswego Police Arrest Six Serving Drug-Related Search Warrant
LAKE OSWEGO, OR – In the early morning of Thursday, September 19, 2024, The Lake Oswego Police Department (LOPD), in coordination with Washington County Tactical Negotiation Team (TNT) and West Side Interagency Narcotics Team (WIN) successfully executed a search warrant in the 18000 block of SW 65th Avenue, in the Rivergrove neighborhood. The warrant was the result of an ongoing drug-related investigation.
As a result of the investigation, six people were taken into custody and lodged in jail. During the search of the home, officers seized fentanyl and other drugs, a firearm, body armor, stolen property, and other evidence. Officers also discovered large amounts of marijuana and equipment that were used for manufacturing Butane Hash Oil (BHO), which is a highly-concentrated form of the main active chemical in marijuana, THC.

The following persons were arrested at the scene and lodged at the Washington County Jail:
George F Brice IV (49 years old): Homeowner
- Felon in possession of a firearm (felony)
- Possession of fentanyl (felony)
- Distribution of fentanyl (felony)
- Unlawful Manufacture of marijuana item (to wit: Butane Hash Oil) (felony)
- Frequenting a place where controlled substances are used (misdemeanor)
Nicholas Cody Fascell (36 years old):
- Possession of marijuana (felony)
- Manufacture a controlled substance (BHO) (felony)
- Frequenting a place where controlled substances are used (misdemeanor)
Brianna Jane Rohr (34 years old):
- Unlawful possession of a controlled substance (felony)
- Unlawful delivery of a controlled substance (felony)
- Frequenting a place where controlled substances are used (misdemeanor)

Jacob Levi Eddings (41 years old):
- Frequenting a place where controlled substances are used (misdemeanor)

Breah Marlena Canales (44 years old):
