Police Investigate Homicide in Lake Oswego Home

LAKE OSWEGO – On Friday, February 2, 2024, at 8:40 A.M., Lake Oswego Police responded to a welfare check in the 17,000 block of Mardee Avenue. During that investigation, officers discovered a deceased 78-year-old female who appeared to have been the victim of a homicide. Officers arrested the victim’s 52-year-old son, Chad Brix at the scene and there is no threat to the public.

This case is still under investigation and no further information is available at this time.
