Reward Offered In Residential Arson Case
LAKE OSWEGO – Just before 11:00 pm, on Wednesday, June 18, 2014, someone threw a Molotov cocktail into a house in the 4000 block of Upper Drive while the family that lives there was asleep upstairs. Fortunately, the device was not very effective; the family woke up and was able to extinguish the fire.
Since then, detectives have been unable to identify a suspect in the case and are seeking the public’s help. The Lake Oswego Police Department is offering a $1,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of a suspect in this case. Anyone with information about the incident or identity of the suspect is urged to contact Detective Lee Ferguson at 503-635-0238.
