Come to the free Community Preparedness Fair on Saturday, October 13, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. (LDS Church - 14903 Westlake Drive), and learn how to prepare for natural disasters, power outages, and other emergencies.
Special guest speaker Alice Busch, EMT and Certified Emergency Management Specialist, will speak about the inevitability of a major earthquake and/or other disruptions in our local area, and the important role preparedness, community resiliency and leadership will play in lessening the devastating effects and speeding recovery in the aftermath.
