Notary Services

A volunteer Notary Public is available to notarize your documents at the Lake Oswego Public Library, 706 Fourth Street, on Saturdays, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. There is no cost for this service but is limited to a maximum of four copies per visit. Please arrive early so all notary work can be completed by 1 p.m. Please be aware, if the volunteer Notary Public is unable to complete notary services by 1 p.m., you will be asked to visit again.

The Lake Oswego Chamber of Commerce also offers notary service. The fee per signature or oath/affirmation is $5 for Lake Oswego Chamber members and $10 for non-members. Call the Chamber at 503-636-3634, for more information and availability.
