Deer Oak Circle Water Main Replacement Project

This project consists of a water main replacement on Deer Oak Circle, as well as some roadway reconstruction.

Project Updates: 

November 28th

  • Water Mainline construction activities will start Monday, December 4, 2017.
  • Homeowners will have access to their driveways at all times. However, there may be instances where the Contractor will need time to arrange for access so please be patient.
  • Please do NOT park in the cul-de-sac bulb during construction, use your driveway or park outside of the cul-de-sac.
  • Construction hours are 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday, except holidays.
  • Contractor will notify homeowners 48 hours in advance of any interruptions to their water service via door hangers.
  • The project is scheduled to be completed by January 12, 2018.
