Report a Spill or Water Quality Issue

It is against the law to allow anything other than rain water to enter the stormwater drainage system. Dumping or pouring anything other than stormwater to the street or an outdoor storm drain, is subject to enforcement action including clean up costs and fines of up to $5,000. Our goal is to get spills contained and cleaned up as quickly as possible.

If you see something, say something! If you witness a spill, photos and videos can help with reporting a violation: please be mindful and safe if obtaining images of the incident.
