Wastewater Master Plan Update 2013

The Wastewater Master Plan provides guidance on how to manage and operate the wastewater collection system within the city limits and the urban service boundary now and into the future. The Plan identifies projects for repairing, improving and for the ultimate expansion of the system. This Plan guides City staff on where to focus efforts for maintaining a reliable wastewater system resulting in the lowest lifecycle costs.

Lake Oswego’s Wastewater Master Plan was adopted in November 2012 and amended in 2019. The amendment was prepared to address discrepancies between the Geographical Information System (GIS) mapping information used to construct the hydraulic model for the Wastewater Collection System Master Plan Update and installed conditions for five sewer reaches.
