Utility Bill Assistance

The City of Lake Oswego offers two separate programs to assist our utility customers in need. The first of the two, the Utility Billing Assistance program, is an ongoing program for customers with qualifying incomes. Customers must complete an application demonstrating their income meets the eligibility requirements and are required to reapply annually.

The second program is for our customers experiencing a temporary hardship.
