APPLICANT'S REQUEST

The applicant is requesting approval of the following:

  • A Development Review Permit to construct a 34-unit (56,922 square-foot), 4-story condominium building. 
  • An exception to the Landscaping, Screening, and Buffering Standard [LOC Article 50.47] as follows:
    1. Multi-family development must provide 20% of the net buildable area in landscaping.  This is in addition to the requirement of LOC 50.46 to provide 20% of the gross land area in open space.  The applicant is requesting an exception to this requirement pursuant to LOC 50.65.075 to reduce the area of landscaping provided to 2.5% of the site
  • Removal of 12 trees to accommodate the development.
