APPLICANT'S REQUEST

The applicant is requesting approval of the following modifications to a minor partition application that was previously approved on the site [LU 04-0040]: 

  • Modify the shared access for Parcels 2 and 3 so that access is provided from a consolidated driveway off of Rebecca Lane, rather than Lower Drive.  Modify the maximum height allowed for structures on Parcels 2 and 3 from 23.75 feet to 26.5 feet. 
  • Removal of three trees for the construction of the modified access drive.

According to the applicant’s narrative, the requested height modification is from 23.75 feet to 26.5 feet, but the actual height modification should be to 26.47 feet.
