The Applicant is requesting the following:

• A minor partition to divide the 42,000 square-foot site into three parcels.  Parcel 1 is 10,500 square feet.  Parcel 2 (a flag lot) is 10,500 square feet.  Parcel 3 is 21,000 square feet.

• Removal of two trees to accommodate the required public improvements.
