The Applicant is requesting the following:

• Construct a second-story addition requiring a Class 1 variance to the R-7.5 combined side yard setback requirement. 
• A 3-foot variance in order to construct a second story addition at a 5.9-foot setback from the east side yard, with the combined total of the side yard setbacks equal to 12 feet.
