The Applicant is requesting the following:

A minor partition to divide the 35,075 square foot site into two parcels.  Parcel 1 will be approximately 17,967 square feet and Parcel 2 will be approximately 17,107 square feet. Both parcels are flaglots because the parent parcel was created as a flag lot.
