The Applicant is requesting the following:

• A minor partition to divide the 27,432 square-foot lot into three parcels, including two flag lots.  Parcel 1 would be 6,981 square feet, Parcel 2 would be a 5,134 square-foot flag lot, and Parcel 3 would be a 13,560 square-foot flag lot.
• The removal of seven trees in order to construct a shared driveway and utilities to serve the new parcels.
