The Applicant is requesting the following:

Residential Infill Design Review approval for the following exceptions to the R-7.5 zone requirement in order to remodel an existing single family dwelling:

• An exception to increase the maximum allowed lot coverage for a structure greater than 22 feet in height from 25% to 28.7%; and,

 

• An exception to the garage appearance and location standards to address an existing non-conforming attached garage.
