Join in as Lake Oswego goes solar!

Would you like to save money on electricity bills and build a more sustainable community? Join in the Solarize Lake Oswego campaign, July 1 through Aug. 31.

The City of Lake Oswego and the Lake Oswego Sustainability Network have teamed up with Energy Trust of Oregon and Solar Oregon to make it easy and for homeowners to install solar or solar plus battery storage.

Energy Trust of Oregon cash incentives and current federal tax credits can reduce solar + storage costs by more than 30%. But federal tax credits are being eliminated at the end of the year, so acting now will give you the best chance to maximize savings. Income-qualified households are eligible for Energy Trust increased incentive amounts.

Plan to attend a free educational workshop to get answers to all your solar questions. Discover how solar plus battery storage provides backup power during outages. Learn how much you can save on electricity bills and get connected with a pre-qualified contractor. You can also learn about community solar subscription options if you rent or your home isn’t right for solar.

For workshop dates—and to request a free, no-obligation bid by Aug. 31—go online to www.energytrust.org/solarize-LO.
