Joy Mail Project: A Teen Volunteer Event
Joy Mail Project is a volunteer cardmaking event for teens interested in uplifting others! Participants will gather in the children's library, before we open to the public, and get creative for a good cause. Teens will decorate and write encouraging messages in cards that will be sent to pediatric patients at Providence St. Vincent Medical Center. Guidelines for making cards will be provided. We'll bring the snacks and supplies, you bring the kind vibes! You can earn 1.5 volunteer hours for participating in this program.
Designed for 9th to 12th graders. There's no sign-up necessary, just drop in!
Due to the special nature of this program, teens will be admitted between 10:40am and 11:00am via the north entrance to the Library adjacent to the parking lot. Look for our signs!
