Notes on back: Power Plant of Lake Oswego Water, Light and Power Co. in Sucker Creek canyon below Oswego Lake. Built 1911, surge stock removed and replaced by surge tank in 1921. Note backwater from Willamette River. This plant furnished electricity to Stafford, Oak Grove, Lake Grove and Oswego. Old highway to Oregon City can be seen in upper background. Taken in 1921.
