Orthorexia- When Healthy Eating Goes Bad

Many are familiar with the term ‘eating disorder’ however, what if being obsessed with eating healthy can also be categorized as an eating disorder? Orthorexia is not formally recognized in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual, however the awareness of orthorexia is on the rise. Today you will learn about what orthorexia is, the signs and symptoms, and what to do about it if you suspect you or someone you know may be orthorexic.
