June 27, 2023 – LAKE OSWEGO CITY HALL
On Tuesday, June 27th, 2023 the Lake Oswego City Council voted unanimously to confirm 54 appointments to the City’s ten Advisory Boards and Commissions.
Advisory Boards and Commissions perform a central function in the governance of Lake Oswego – involving nearly one hundred community members in the creation, implementation, and enforcement of local policy.
The City's seven Advisory Boards ensure the decisions of the City Council align with the needs of neighborhoods – serving as deliberative advisors, community conduits, and champions of Council priorities.
The City's three Commissions and Committees – the Development Review Commission, Planning Commission / Commission for Citizen Involvement, and Budget Committee – perform state-structured reviews of land use and municipal spending decisions.
2023 Selection Process & Outcome
