Residential Demolition Definition Updated as of June 2022
Beginning June 2, 2022, residential projects which remove 50% or more of the surface area of exterior walls or perimeter foundation are required to obtain a residential demolition permit and fulfill neighborhood noticing requirements for demolitions.
Residential Structure permits 4 -6 weeks for first review
Commercial Structure permits 8-10 weeks for first review
