Lake Oswego Municipal Court is the judicial branch of the Lake Oswego city government. It has jurisdiction over most city and state traffic offenses committed within city limits, city code violations, and misdemeanor crimes originating in Lake Oswego. It does not handle any civil or small claims cases.

The Municipal Court can answer questions about the court schedule, minimum fine amounts, deferral programs, and other administrative matters, but cannot give legal advice.
