Appeal of Staff Decision
On November 6, 2020, staff issued a Notice of Decision approving the request of a 2-parcel minor partition and the removal of twenty-three trees, except that the removal of Tree #10780 was denied. On November 18, 2020, Mark Puhlman filed a Notice of Intent to Appeal staff’s decision. A public hearing before the Development Review Commission is tentatively scheduled for January 4, 2021. A Notice of Public Hearing on Appeal will be mailed by December 15, 2020.
