“The City of Lake Oswego is participating in a national study run by the Water Research Foundation that will look at data gathered from over 100 utility participants to improve water use in single-family and multi-family homes. This information will be used to inform water conservation programs and their rebate programs like the Toilet Rebate program offered through by the City of Lake Oswego.
