Rowing - Water Sports Center Forms

To participate in rowing programs at the Water Sports Center, the following items are required. Please print them out and bring them on the first day.

• Current and signed Float Test form (found below) or Certified Life Guard certificate: Please print and have the lifeguard sign.  You can then upload to icrew or bring to the first day of rowing.

• Set up an icrew membership at icrew.club (team code is roses)
  ON ICREW- you will see the section called MY DOCUMENTS and there you can finish signing the documents online.
