Request a Fire Marshal Inspection

To request an inspection from the Fire Marshal's Office for new construction, fire alarm or sprinklers, contact our office at
503-635-0275 preferably 48-hours in advance. If the request is less then 48-hours, we might not be able to conduct the inspection if we are not available.

In addition to this request  make sure you schedule the inspection through the Building Department's online system.

After Hour Inspections

Inspections that are requested before 8:00 a.m or after 5:00 p.m will be charged a fee of $150.00 per hour, with one hour minimum and one hour increments. Fee is due before or at time of inspection.
